In contrast with an experienced yogi we focus on one aspect of the practice and dive really deep.
In this type of setting everything is tailored to you! The benefit is that we can really focus on how we get into the asana, how we hold and how we release, what areas should you focus on and what to do with your breathing. These are things, that are often missed in group practice.
Most importantly you can choose time and location individually and fit it into your personal schedule.
