Hi, I’m Lars, your instructor for the Yoga Beginners course. I have a deep passion for Yoga, I’ve travelled the world and have studied with many different teachers from many different traditions. I’ve completed 4 teacher trainings over the years and have hundreds of hours of additional workshops and training under my belt. From all this experience I want to give you a beautiful mix and help you kickstart your journey into the world of yoga. I’m dedicated to creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment where everyone can learn and grow.

Teaching Philosophy: I believe in a fluid, conscious, and fun teaching style. My approach integrates various yoga traditions, emphasizing curiosity and understanding the “why” behind practices. I’m deeply interested in the history and philosophy of yoga, continuously learning and sharing my discoveries with students.

Do I need any prior experience to join the workshop? No, this workshop is designed for beginners. Whether you’re new to yoga or have some experience, you’ll find it accessible and enjoyable.
