As the season is changing, so are we. This retreat is meant to prepare ourselves for the cozier time of the year. Together we are turning the focus inward, renewing mind and body through yoga, nourish ourselves with healthy organic food, relax our muscles in the natural spa and forget our everyday worries in the beautiful setting of the mountains in all of their autumn colors.

Biohotel Rupertus is an oasis surrounded by the Leoganger Steinberge and the Kitzbühler-Alps. The impressive mountains are our constant companions on our journey inwards.
The hotel is run by the Herzog and Blumenkamp families who’s hearts beat for first class hospitality, sustainability and nature. Their restaurant offers 100% certified organic cuisine with regional products. The spa area just underwent an extensive renovation and offers beautiful facilities with a natural swimming pond and bio sauna outside as well as an indoor pool, sauna and steam bath or infrared shower.
The hotel guarantees a climate-neutral holiday!
A wonderful wooden yoga room awaits us on the second floor.
Included in the price is also the Saalfelden Leogang card, that ensures you free mountain and valley trips with the lift, cable car and many more attractions.

Key part of this retreat are the 3 pillars: yoga, wellness and nature.
Each of which will be dedicated with enough time to really let go.
Every day you will have a morning and evening yoga class. The morning Sādhanā will include a movement practice (asana) and be complimented by meditation (30 min daily), journaling and/or pranayama. These sessions will form the bedrock of the retreat.
The evening classes will be themed workshops. These workshops will be themed according to your interest; possible topics include thai yoga massage, partner yoga or mindfulness practices adapted from classical tantra.
Please note down your interests during sign up! We will definitely do at least one extended yin yoga class.
As we will be in the alps, there will be at least one guided hike. I also love to combine being in nature with mindfulness practices, that I will gladly share with you outdoors.
*all classes are optional and voluntary, you only attend what you want to attend.

Biohotel Rupertus’ food is 100% certified organic and non GMO. The hotel offers a ¾ pension, meaning it includes a nourishing breakfast buffet with many regionally produced products and homemade jams, an afternoon tea time (with cake) and 5 course gourmet dinner, where you can choose between the plant-based or bio-alpine menu.
The hotel cooperates with local producers, herbs are mostly homegrown in their own garden and the natural wines are mostly produced in Austria.
