If you’re looking for a program that combines a variety of movement disciplines into one comprehensive practice, then the Level 1 Movement Flow Course is perfect for you! You’ll gain the tools and skills you need to become faster, stronger, more controlled and more fluid.

About the training

At Movement Flow, we believe that the body is capable of incredible things, and that’s why we combine elements from yoga, dance, acrobatics, hand balancing, martial arts and more to create a practice that challenges you in all the right ways. Not only will you gain strength and flexibility, but you’ll also develop a greater sense of coordination and body awareness. Plus, it’s just plain fun!

During our days together, you’ll cover a range of topics that will teach your body to move with grace and precision. Slava Goloubov the creator of Movement Flow will guide you through each subject, providing personalized attention and feedback to ensure that you get the most out of your training.

Each day, we’ll practice a designed set of sequences that will stay with you for the entirety of the training. You’ll also learn new subjects every day to continue growing your knowledge and foundation in yourself and your practice.

Skills Covered

Ground Flow
Is a movement concept that emphasizes enhancing your interaction with the ground and any surface available. The practice teaches you how to use your environment to enrich your motion and create a seamless flow. Contemporary dance tools are utilized to help achieve this.

Body Balance
This section focuses on mastering handstands, stabilizing your body in stillness, and learning how to balance on different surfaces. It is essential to have a strong sense of body balance for any movement practice, and this section will teach you the skills necessary to achieve it.

Soft Acrobatics
While acrobatics can be exciting and exhilarating, it can also be detrimental to the body. This is where the Soft Acrobatics section comes in. The section aims to recreate the adrenaline rush and excitement of performing acrobatic moves while minimizing the impact on the body. The focus is on fast and powerful moves that stay close to the ground.

Mind Control
This section highlights the role of the mind in movement practice. Often, our minds can hold us back from achieving our full potential. This section will challenge your mental endurance, helping you experience what you are truly capable of.

Dynamic Flexibility
An essential aspect of movement practice. This section delves deep into subjects such as muscle anatomy, loaded stretching, power versus limit, and active exits, to help you improve your range of motion and achieve a better understanding of your body’s capabilities.

Exit Strategies
This section, a variety of games and techniques are used to rewire your nervous system, making you vigilant and responsive to your environment. The practice will help you stay in the flow, and nothing will be able to stop you.
