The Art of Living
Join Lars, Koen and Stijn for a four day immersion in a beautiful Resort at the foot of the famous Piz Buin. Together, in small group of like-minded people, we will explore our body, mind and nature.
About the Retreat
This retreat is meant to awaken your spirit and your body. The spring season is when nature returns from a deep sleep. In that same natural flow, we want to awaken our own bodies and our minds. We will take you on a journey to internally and externally enliven.
We will visit the beautiful valleys of Graubünden that offer some of the most picturesque views that Switzerland has to offer and from this larger perspective we will easily explore some deeper questions of life. What really matters to you? What are your values and why do they matter?
This is why we wanted to invite you to this beautiful 4-day yoga retreat. The retreat will take place from Thursday afternoon (16:00) to Sunday noon (12:00) in Graubünden, Switzerland. It will be conducted in English or German, depending on the participants.
No previous knowledge of yoga is required to attend the retreat. The content of the retreat will be tailored to beginners and advanced yogis.
Your host from Switzerland. Lars has travelled the world exploring different forms of movement and self-expression. He is incredibly passionate for how the body works and moves. He will be guiding you through a journey of self-discovery via the body. Lars can also offer you private teaching session.

He is a monk and an incredibly inspiring and intriguing person. He is also an incredibly talented musician and will be sharing his talents throughout the retreat. He also does one on one coaching.
For those interested Koen can guide a good morning breathwork and cold plunge. Koen is a level III Wim Hof instructor and will show you how you can safely move past your comfort zone and strengthen your body, will and immune system.
Lars will guide the 2h morning yoga sessions. These sessions will take you through a journey of your body, mind and soul. The sessions will always include some sort of meditation. The classes are adapted to all levels, the aim of these classes is to guide you through an exploration of what is means to be you.
