💖
This retreat is meant to awaken your spirit and your body. The spring season is when nature returns from a deep sleep. In that same natural flow, we want to awaken our own bodies and our minds. We will take you on a journey to internally and externally enliven.
We will visit the beautiful valleys of Graubünden that offer some of the most picturesque views that Switzerland has to offer and from this larger perspective we will easily explore some deeper questions of life. What really matters to you? What are your values and why do they matter?

A beautiful quote by Gandhi summarises it all:

Happiness is when what you think, what you say and what you do are in alignment.

This is why we wanted to invite you to this beautiful 4-day yoga retreat.
The retreat will take place from Thursday afternoon to Sunday noon in Graubünden, Switzerland. It will be conducted in English or German, depending on the participants.
No previous knowledge of yoga is required to attend the retreat. The content of the retreat will be tailored to beginners and advanced yogis.

💖 Daily asana practice

Every day you will have a morning and evening yoga class. The morning Sādhanā will include a movement practice (asana) and be complimented by meditation, journaling and/or pranayama. These sessions will form the bedrock of the retreat.
The two afternoon classes will be themed classes one around a gentle yin workshop and the other will be a yang style workshop. We will adapt to the present needs.

💖 Meditation

Every day we will begin with a short meditation sequence to set our intentions and focus our minds. This will be done within the Sādhanā sessions.

💖 About the teachers

Over the years, Lars had many deeply inspiring teachers who led him along the path of yoga. He is a certified yoga (500h) and acro yoga teacher and has had a regular yoga practice for over 8 years. Lars has spent large periods of his life abroad and has had the opportunity to learn from many very talented and diverse teachers. What all of these teachers have in common is their love and dedication to the practice of yoga, they don’t take themselves too seriously and probably most important, they love to have fun and do things differently. Their ways have shaped and defined Lars’ personal practice and his way of teaching and you can expect to get challenged both physically and mentally but you will always leave his class with a smile on your face.
With great passion, Chris has been teaching yoga and other mindful practices for the past 10 years. As a Sports Scientist her access was firstly through movement but soon became deepened with the understanding of philosophical and spiritual aspects of the practice. She loves to support her students to reconnect with their bodies, minds and souls, as this leads them to a life with more happiness, joy and appreciation. Chris is also a certified Outdoor Guide and treasures the healing powers of nature, which is why she believes it matters greatly to reconnect people to the teachings of the natural world. Chris often receives the feedback that she has the ability to support people to go deep by asking the right questions, whilst rekindling their sense of humour to overcome times of difficulty.
